This white sparkling wine is made from a classic blend of organic Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay grapes. It is an elegant dry bubbly with subtle berry flavours and a light citrus aroma. It is made predominantly from the 2020 vintage and had 2 years on lees with a minimum of 3 months on cork.
